Subscriptions purchased via Apple In-App Purchase are subject to Apple's standard terms, billing cycles, and cancellation policies managed through your Apple ID account settings.
2. Intellectual Property Rights
All original text, interactive software, logos, visual atlases, audio recordings, visual designs, and source code are the proprietary intellectual property of EyeVibe LLC or licensed to EyeVibe LLC by copyright holders. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our educational content for personal learning purposes.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from our software.
- Automate data scraping, bulk extraction of proprietary learning atlases, or circumvent security measures.
- Use our services for unlawful, abusive, or unauthorized purposes.
4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EyeVibe LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied. EyeVibe LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the services.
